As part of the METHAREN project, we interviewed Ms. Laura Molinari, leader of work package 8, and Project Manager at Euroquality.
Background
Q.: Could you share your professional journey up to the METHAREN project?
Ms. Laura Molinari: With a degree in political science, I have always been in charge of European affairs and cooperation in different organisations in France. In METHAREN, I represent Euroquality, where I am Project Manager. Euroquality is a consultancy firm specialised in both the setting-up and the management of European projects.
Role in the project
Q.: Could you share the main aims of the work you are leading in METHAREN?
Ms. Laura Molinari: In METHAREN, I am leading the eigth work package (WP), i.e. WP8 – Communication, dissemination and networking activities. This WP aims to investigate maximise the impact of the METHAREN results, and promote them to the right target groups and the general public across Europe.
Progress and Challenges
Q.: What is the progress achieved so far for WP7?
Ms. Laura Molinari: As part of WP8, communication materials for the project have been provided, as well as regular newsletters to update the subscribers on the METHAREN progress. We are also very active on our website -as you can see- and our LinkedIn account -do not hesitate to follow us for regular progress. Partners have been very active in events and conferences participation, and the first results are already published in nice scientific journals! Finally, a short cartoon-style video has been created to explain the METHAREN stakes and goals.
Next steps
Q.: What are the next activities planned for you and for Euroquality overall in METHAREN?
Ms. Laura Molinari: We will go on with the communication and dissemination work, promoting the project using e.g. social media campaigns. Additionally, we will seriously start to prepare the afterlife of the project through first exploitation workshops, now that first results are available.
